About IVF and assisted fertility reflexology

Fertility reflexology is a specialised form of reflexology focused on supporting reproductive health. You apply gentle pressure to specific points on the feet believed to correspond to reproductive organs such as ovaries, uterus, and pituitary gland.

it is often used alongside treatments like IVF to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve blood circulation, support hormone balance, ensure relaxation during fertility treatment and provide emotional support.

While reflexology does not replace medical fertility treatment, some people use it as a complementary therapy because IVF can be highly stressful. Stressful means cortisol may interfere with reproductive hormone balance. Reflexology permit relaxation and para pathetic nervous system activation. We focus on reflex points link to pituitary gland thyroid ovaries and uterus.

I’m a qualified reflexologist specialising infertility hormonal health and reproductive well-being.

My approach is compassionate evidence informed and deeply respectful of the emotional complexity of fertility challenges. I work alongside your medical care never against it creating a safe supportive space where your body can relax regularly and restore balance. I do treatments in the comfort of your own home, or I have treatment rooms in Marylebone

I have qualified in level 3 diploma in reflexology, preconception, pregnancy and post natal care, hot stone reflexology, advanced reflexology for preconception care, facial reflexology, specialist training in fertility and IVF reflexology fully insured and accredited and ongoing professional development in reproductive Health.

I work with women trying to conceive naturally, couples navigating unexplained infertility, clients preparing for IVF or ICSI, days between IVF cycles, and individuals recovering emotionally after the loss of failed cycles.
